1. About NANFERO

NANFERO is an information and analytics platform that provides data, tools, and other information relating to digital assets, blockchain activity, smart contracts, tokens, NFTs, collections, marketplaces, and related subjects.

NANFERO does not act as a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, custodian, wallet provider, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

Nothing on NANFERO constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, mint, trade, hold, or interact with any asset, collection, token, project, or smart contract.

2. Eligibility

You may use NANFERO only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NANFERO and any blockchain, digital asset, or related activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may restrict or discontinue access to the Service where required by law or where we reasonably consider such action necessary to protect NANFERO, its users, or third parties.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

You must conduct your own research and independently evaluate any asset, project, collection, smart contract, transaction, or other information before taking action.

You acknowledge that digital assets and blockchain-based products can be highly volatile and risky and may result in partial or total loss.

Mints, tokens, collections, projects, websites, smart contracts, and other blockchain-related services may be fraudulent, malicious, misleading, compromised, or defective.

Information displayed by NANFERO should not be treated as a substitute for your own investigation.

4. Data and Information

NANFERO may obtain or display information from blockchains, APIs, marketplaces, third-party services, public sources, automated systems, or information submitted by users.

We do not guarantee that any information on NANFERO is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or available.

Information may be delayed, incorrectly categorized, duplicated, incomplete, unavailable, or otherwise inaccurate.

Past information, statistics, rankings, indicators, labels, scores, analytics, or other measurements do not guarantee future performance, legitimacy, safety, or results.

You should independently verify information before relying on it.

5. User-Submitted Content

NANFERO may allow users to submit, publish, report, rate, classify, or otherwise provide information or content ("User Content").

Users are responsible for the User Content they provide.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, intentionally misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or designed to manipulate NANFERO or its users.

By submitting User Content, you grant NANFERO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

We may remove, restrict, label, or moderate User Content at our discretion.

NANFERO does not necessarily verify, approve, or endorse User Content.

6. Wallets and Blockchain Interactions

NANFERO may provide features that display blockchain information, interact with wallets, redirect users to blockchain applications, or facilitate access to smart contracts or third-party services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NANFERO does not take custody of your digital assets or control your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, or blockchain transactions.

If you choose to add a wallet for tracking purposes, we store its public wallet address to provide portfolio and price-tracking features. We do not request, receive, or store your private keys or seed phrases under any circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any transaction before signing or submitting it.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

You are solely responsible for transaction fees, wallet security, approvals, permissions, signatures, smart contract interactions, and any resulting loss or consequences.

Never provide your private key or seed phrase to NANFERO or to anyone claiming to represent NANFERO.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

NANFERO may contain links to or information from third-party websites, marketplaces, wallets, APIs, blockchain explorers, applications, protocols, or other services.

These services are not controlled by NANFERO.

The inclusion of a third-party service, link, asset, collection, project, or marketplace does not mean that NANFERO has verified, approved, recommended, or endorsed it.

You access and use third-party services entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

NANFERO is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, conduct, content, or operation of third-party services.

8. No Endorsement

The appearance, ranking, score, listing, verification status, popularity, activity, statistics, or other presentation of an asset, collection, project, user, marketplace, or smart contract on NANFERO does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, NANFERO is not affiliated with the projects, collections, tokens, marketplaces, or other third parties displayed through the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use NANFERO to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations; • commit or facilitate fraud, deception, theft, money laundering, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity; • distribute malware or malicious code; • attempt to gain unauthorized access to NANFERO or another user's systems or accounts; • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service; • impersonate another person or entity; • intentionally submit false or misleading information; • manipulate ratings, rankings, statistics, reports, or other NANFERO systems; • use automated systems to overload, disrupt, circumvent, or abuse the Service; or • use NANFERO in a manner that infringes the rights of NANFERO or any third party.

We may restrict or block activity that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the integrity or security of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, NANFERO and its original software, interface, branding, graphics, designs, text, databases, analytics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to NANFERO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of NANFERO intellectual property to you.

You may use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, sell, license, commercially redistribute, or misrepresent NANFERO proprietary content as your own without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks, content, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Availability and Changes

NANFERO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that NANFERO will always be free from bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, outages, data loss, or other problems.

We may change features, data sources, algorithms, rankings, classifications, limits, or functionality without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NANFERO is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the Service or any information provided through it will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your use of NANFERO and your reliance on information available through the Service are at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NANFERO and its operators, contributors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other loss or damage arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, digital assets, tokens, NFTs, cryptocurrency, profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or access to wallets or accounts, as well as losses resulting from fraud, scams, malicious smart contracts, inaccurate information, third-party services, security incidents, or blockchain transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NANFERO and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your infringement of another person's rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to NANFERO where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the Service, created security or legal risk, or harmed NANFERO or its users.

You may stop using NANFERO at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions, will continue to apply.

16. Privacy

Your use of NANFERO may involve the collection and processing of certain information.

Our collection and use of personal information will be described separately in our Privacy Policy.

Where third-party services are used, their own privacy policies may also apply.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as NANFERO develops, our services change, or legal and regulatory requirements evolve.

When we make changes, we may update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of NANFERO after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

NANFERO is currently operated without an incorporated legal entity.

Applicable governing law and dispute-resolution provisions may be updated if and when a legal entity is established.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the NANFERO Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented for specific features, constitute the terms applicable to your use of NANFERO.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific terms presented for a particular feature, the specific terms will apply to that feature.
